(1) When reversing neuromuscular blockade induced by non depolarizing muscle relaxants, this product can be used to prevent the peripheral toxic effects (such as bradycardia) of anticholinesterase drugs such as neostigmine (approved).

(2) As a kind of antitoxin before operation, it can reduce the secretion of glands, trachea and pharynx, and reduce the acidity of gastric contents.

(3) As a medication before or during operation, it can reduce or prevent bradycardia caused by succinylcholine or vagus reflex.
