 This product is a short-acting intravenous general anesthetic and can be used for:

(1) Induction and maintenance of general anesthesia.

(2) Sedation of patients receiving mechanical ventilation in the intensive care unit.

(3) Sedation for diagnosis or surgical procedures, can be used alone or in combination with local anesthetic or regional nerve block anesthetic.
